Support Process
Step 1 - Visit the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Please visit the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) Page. You may find the answer to your question or problem there. As we receive questions and problem inquiries, we will post the question/problem and its answer/solution here.
Step 2 - Submit Support Ticket via our On-Line Support System
If you cannot find your answer or solution, simply submit your question or problem via our On-Line Support System. Click on the link below to submit your support ticket. Please be very descriptive regarding your problem. Please include the following information:
- Your e-mail Address. We may need to get further information from you.
- The Operating System you are using (ie Windows 95, 98, ME, 2000, NT, or XP). Please include the service pack installed.
- The location within Personal Data Pro you were at when the problem occurred. This would be the window or report name.
- What you were doing when the error occurred. For example, you hit the Save Button to save the data to the database when the error occurred.
- Your registration number. This was e-mailed to you when you purchased Personal Data Pro.
Once you have submitted the error or question to us, it may take up to 72 hours to respond. However, we make every attempt to respond within 24 hours. We will reply via e-mail and may post your question/problem/solution to the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) Page.

Track the Status of your Support Ticket
- Check Your Support Ticket Status: Check the status of your submitted support ticket. Simply search for your submitted support tickets by your e-mail address. Please enter your e-mail address below and select the "Retrieve Support Tickets" Button. Tickets that are completed (status is Closed) will still be maintained for six months after the closing date.
