| Address Book |
This area is much more than the average little black address book you will find in a store. It provides general and personal information on each family or friend. It reminds you of special occasions, such as anniversaries and birthdays. You will be able to track any gifts and cards you have sent over the years. Address labels can be printed from this area. |
| Appointments |
Tracks and reminds you of upcoming appointments. It can keep a record of previous appointments. |
| Daily Diary/Journal |
Keeps a daily journal of your thoughts, events, activities, or any bit of information you desire to record. Each family member will have their own journal that others cannot access. |
| Vacation and Travel Planner |
This function provides you the capability to plan your vacations and travel. |
| Education Planner/Tracker |
Provides the capability to plan and track the education of one or more family members. Can be used from middle school through all levels of college. |
| Cards/Gifts Received |
Tracks cards and gifts received. Helps to remind you to send thank you cards. |
| Reminders |
A very flexible tool to remind you of upcoming events and tasks. It can also remind you of recurring items weekly or monthly. |
| To Do Lists |
One or more To Do Lists can be created and tracked. You can assign dates to the specific to do items and the system will remind you when they are coming due. |
| Items Loaned Tracker |
Have you ever loaned a tool or book to someone and forgot who you loaned it to? This function will track items or money you have loaned to friends and family, and remind you later that you have something loaned out. |
| Goals Planner/Tracker |
Provides the capability to plan and track your short, intermediate, and long term goals. |
| Sports Management (for coaches) |
Are you a coach of a local baseball, football, or basketball team? Are you the captain of a bowling, darts, or other team? If so, this function will provide the capability to track and manage a sports team. Virtually any sport or team can be tracked in this area. |
| Favorite Sports Team Tracker |
Are you an avid sports fan? Do you have a favorite team? This function allows you to track one or more of your favorite sports teams - for one or more different types of sports. For example you can track your favorite football, baseball, and/or basketball teams all at the same time. You can keep their statistics for as long as you want tracking their progress for several years. |
| Collections |
This function will provide family members the capability to maintain a detailed record of their collections. Virtually any type of collections can be tracked in this area. These include coins, antiques, collectables, sports cards, and much more. |
| Password Tracker |
Do you have different passwords for all your accounts? Different PIN Numbers for credit and debit cards? This function will provide the capability to store these. Each family member will be able to track their own passwords that others cannot access. |
| Favorite Places |
Ever forget a restaurant or hotel that you previously visited on vacation? Do you want to track favorite places in your home town? This function provides you with the capability to list favorite places you have visited. |
| URL Bookmarks |
You will be able to store all your favorite URL Bookmarks in this location without spy-ware knowing the places you visit. You will be able to go directly to these bookmarks by simply double-clicking on the bookmark in TrakSoft PDM. |
| E-Mail Address Book |
Here you will be able to store the e-mail addresses of your family and friends. This will prevent any spy-ware or viruses from stealing the e-mail addresses out of your address book and propagating themselves to your family and friends. You will be able to send e-mail to these individuals by double-clicking on the e-mail address within TrakSoft PDM. This will launch your default e-mail client and populate the TO block with the e-mail address you selected. |
| Pets |
Family members will be able to track and maintain records for one or more pets in this area. This includes activities, training, and health issues. It will remind you of upcoming immunizations coming due. |
| Plant Tracking |
Do you have a hobby or interest in plants? This area will allow you to maintain and track your plants. |
| Wedding Planner/Tracker |
In this area, you can plan and track weddings for one or more family members. It will remind you of important tasks that need to be done based on your individual needs. |
| Chores/Allowances |
In this area you will be able to list the chores your children are responsible for. It will help your children to remember their responsibilities. Additionally, there is an area to list your children's allowances. |
The first report, titled "Coming Due Report", is the mother-of-all-reports. This one report will tell you what is coming due during the next 7 or 31 days. It will tell you of upcoming appointments, birthdays, anniversaries, expiring documents, expiring driver licenses, immunizations, and anything else coming due throughout the entire system. This one report will be extremely useful.
